Be Gentle with Yourself

Be gentle with yourself:

  • This is a time to love yourself more. To listen to yourself more.
  • Observe yourself silently and learn from your senses. What is it that you need? Do more of that thing. The usual dose won’t cut it—neither will the usual routine.
  • Now is a time for adaptation and discovery. Now is a time for change.
